Initial Evaluation

Service Description

Prior to beginning speech therapy, a comprehensive evaluation must be completed. During the evaluation, I will determine each client’s individual needs and cognitive- communication and/or swallowing goals. I will then design a treatment plan for how to meet and exceed those goals.
